- You set the agenda and the topics--the "on-demand" part
- You get out of it what you put in because it is 100% audience participation (no presentations or vendor pitches)--the "unconference" part
Unconference mantra: "The sum of the expertise of the people in the audience is greater than the sum of expertise of the people on stage."
